Humility is a Strange Thing

Long ago, I read that humility is a strange thing because when you say you have, then you just lost it.

Do you agree? But to be humble is sometimes difficult because it leads to false modesty. How do you practice humility in your everyday life? When can you say that you have it?

Jesus, our God, performed the highest form of humility by washing His apostles' feet then dying on the cross for humans like you and me. What about us?

Hi Hailey. Thanks for this insightful post. I agree that practicing humility does not always come easy but it has its personal rewards.

    Hi Hailey,
it is hard to have the right amount of humility without being in the "poor little me" attitude... but it is very important to be humble and not puff up your opinion of yourself and what you can accomplish... because everything that we do well we do with God's help.. and we can never give as much as God himself gave... because He gave his Only Son for us...
this was a very thought provoking post...
    thanks for reminding us...
