My little one is now a reader. At five, i am quite happy how she reads stories. She really tries her best to sound off words and syllabicate digraphs and blends all by herself.
Here is the book she finished yesterday. She read the text all by herself, except when she asked for my help with difficult words. 
This is an old book and a classic. Her sisters also tried this long time ago.
Quite a feat for a five year old to read all 62 pages, right?
