Home gardening gives me time to think. Reflecting, as I pull out weeds or trim the plants.
Makes me eager to see new flowers or shoots or fruits...

With this I look forward.
Looking forward to something gives excitement.
This leads to simple contentment.
Then there is peace. No matter how fleeting.
Isn't that what we all look for?
I was never successful with tomatoes! I am so jealous!
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about gardening. It is so relaxing for me. I didn't get to do too much this summer, which made me very sad and left me very white, I don't think my legs saw the sun more than 8 times this year.
ReplyDeleteYou don't still have vegtables growing do you? If so where do you live? Somewhere south of where I'm at!
Thanks for coming to visit my Ruby Tuesday yesterday. My picture was actually a frozen pizza, but I had a lot of people guess lasagna!
Thanks for playing!
Your pictures make me yearn for summer - and maybe planting a garden.
ReplyDeleteYummy, I love fresh tomatoes. Good job!
sana nga lang wala akong maƱana habit :(
ReplyDeleteOh my...green tomatoes, my favorite!
ReplyDeleteWe planted some tomatoes too in our garden and we harvested them already...but they're gone now, it's almost winter na kasi...
Thanks for the visit btw. :)
Naku...gustong gusto ko yung amoy ng tomato plants na ganyan. One of these days makakapagtanim din ako nyan dito....haha....I planted kamote already sa paso nga lang...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit Hailey.

fresh tomatoes are the best. wala lang space sa house namin to do a little garden but sometimes nilalagay ko sa pot but come winter time dead silang lahat.
